Terms of Service

“Service” means the TrustTrack cloud platform (web, mobile, APIs, and related support). “User” means any person accessing the Service. “Organization” is the company or entity subscribing. “Owner” is the primary billing administrator. “Driver” (or field rep) captures proofs and location in the mobile app. “Subscriber” is the party paying fees. “Content” includes text, photos, signatures, and files you upload. “Data” means Content plus usage metadata processed to operate the Service.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Registration information must be accurate and kept current.
• One primary Organization per self-serve registration unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your accounts.

TrustTrack provides delivery and field-operations software: route planning, GPS-validated activity, digital proof capture, reporting, and integrations described on the website. Offline mobile use may delay sync until connectivity returns. Where AI or optimization features are offered, outputs are assistive recommendations only — not guaranteed results.

Plans and prices are listed on the pricing page (Starter, Professional, Enterprise). New accounts may receive a 14-day trial on published trial limits. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Refunds follow the policy stated at checkout (typically no prorated refunds on monthly plans; annual plans as stated in billing terms). Payments are processed by Stripe; card data is handled by Stripe, not stored by us.

Your Organization retains ownership of its Data. You grant TrustTrack a license to host, process, transmit, and display Data solely to provide and improve the Service. Export tools (e.g. CSV) are provided so you can retrieve your operational data subject to technical limits.

Retention follows plan or Organization settings where available, our Privacy Policy, and operational backups. After cancellation, a grace period may apply before deletion; backup copies may persist for a limited period consistent with our backup policy.

No illegal use, no interference with the Service, no unauthorized access, no GPS spoofing or fraudulent proofs, no reverse engineering except where law permits, no resale without agreement, and no abusive automated scraping beyond documented API limits. See also our Acceptable Use Policy.

TrustTrack owns the platform, software, branding, and documentation. Your Data remains yours as described above. No implied license except as needed to use the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific business outcomes (e.g. delivery success). To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited as set forth in your Order or, if none, to fees paid in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

You may cancel according to billing settings. We may suspend or terminate for material breach, with notice where reasonable; severe abuse may result in immediate suspension. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.

Governing law and dispute resolution (including arbitration or class-action waiver) will be set in the enterprise Order or, for self-serve customers, the venue stated when you subscribe — placeholder: State of Delaware, USA, subject to counsel review.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice (e.g. 30 days) where required. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance.
